Q. Are the products sold at ArtsAndCraftsPhilippines.com authentic Philippine-made products?

A.  Yes, of course.  All products sold at ArtsAndCraftsPhilippines.com are authentic Philippine-made products.  These are made by either Filipino or Philippine-based craftsmen and artists.

PAYMENTS

Q.  Can I pay using my credit card?

A.  Yes you are most welcome to pay using your credit card through our PayPal payment option.

Q.  What payment options do you have other than credit card / Paypal?

A.  For international purchases, you may pay using Western Union.  Click on the Western Union logo/button during Check Out and you will be provided with a short and easy to follow step-by-step instruction.  Philippine-based and Overseas Filipinos who are using Globe mobile phones may also pay using GCash.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Q. How do you deliver?

A.  For International orders, we deliver through UPS, Fedex, or DHL.  For domestic (Philippine) orders, we can deliver through Air21, 2Go, wwwXpress, LBC, and other reliable local courier services.

Q.  How many days do you need to deliver a product?

A. It depends on 2 factors: Your delivery address and the product you are buying.  For products that require special handling (e.g. paintings) or customizations (e.g. made to order products) we typically need at most 5 days to be added to the usual delivery time of our chosen courier.  Most couriers can deliver in most delivery addresses anywhere in the world within 3-5 working days.  Unless otherwise specified, the maximum delivery time including special handling should therefore be 10 working days.

Q.  If I am unhappy with a product I bought from ArtsAndCraftsPhilippines.com, can I return it and get a full refund?

A.  Yes, definitely. For whatever reason you may return any product/s purchased from ArtsAndCraftsPhilippines.com in its original condition and we will send back to you the exact purchase amount.  But you will have to forgo the delivery fee that you have paid and you will also have to shoulder the delivery fee in sending the item/s back to us.

Q.  What options do I have aside from returning a product that I am unhappy with?

A.  Unfortunately unless you return the product to us, we cannot give you a refund.  But we would welcome your comments and suggestions so we can improve the quality of our products and our service to our customers.

A.  Unless otherwise specified, the copyrights of all products sold in ArtsAndCraftsPhilippines.com are owned by and remain with their creators.  ArtsAndCraftsPhilippines.com will not be liable for any intellectual property infringement claims.  Should there be such claims made in relation to any product sold at ArtsAndCraftsPhilippines.com, our responsibility is limited to: (1) pulling out the concerned product/s from our catalog; (2) assisting in bringing the matter to the attention of the concerned craftsman or artist.
